What Makes Me Unique
I like to consider myself to be a very unique person and leader. My ability to relate to others and use a relatable approach in my leadership style is a trait that make me unique. I embrace diversity throughout my life and in my leadership opportunities. Additionally, I am resourceful. I use my contacts and relationships to create more opportunities and use my skills, enlist the skills of others, and resources around me to accomplish tasks and goals. Each of these traits makes me unique as a person and leader.

I like that you relate and our resourceful when it comes to opportunities that present themselves to you. I think that is essential with being a leader. You have to tap into other resources because what you are affecting is bigger than you and at times you will need extra hands. Embracing diversity is another great aspect because as humans we are very diverse and being apart of opportunities such as these broadens your horizons.
